At the first CAMOS business meeting (September 2003),
members elected officers for the coming year and laid the foundation
for several initiatives, including an annual graduate student paper
award and a dissertation award. At the 2005 business meeting, members
adopted bylaws for the organization. Members
elected the following officers
for 2009 - 2010.

Secretary-Treasurer, Stephen Grenier, US Army Special
Forces
Command/Maxwell School, Syracuse University
Program Chair, Jason Lyall, Yale University
Business meetings are held at each
APSA meeting. For the time and place of the APSA 2010 business
